  • Ready for the next steps?

    • First, make sure you have your intranet ID and password.
    • Then, visit Your Total Rewards. It’s the gateway to all your personal pay and benefits information.
    • On Your Total Rewards, select the Enroll in Your Benefits message or on Enroll in Your New Hire Benefits to see your personal health and welfare benefit options, costs and enrollment deadline, and have access to comparison tools and more. It’s also where you can make changes to your 401(k) account and access other retirement benefit information, tools and calculators.
    • Be prepared to add your dependents and designate your beneficiaries. You’ll need their names and Social Security numbers.

    Please note that you’ll generally have at least 30 days to enroll, but you’ll see your exact deadline on the site. If you miss your enrollment deadline, you’ll receive default coverage, which does not include medical, dental, vision, hearing plan coverage or any coverage/participation in plans that require contributions from you.
